Design Guide

This Design Guide will help you navigate the design and printing process.
I encourage you to read this guide before submitting your form request.

The Process

01.

Submit your custom form after reviewing this guide. Once your form has been submitted I will reach out to you via email with any questions. From there I will put together a quote based on your stationery needs.

02.

Once your quote has been approved I will send my contract and will require a 50% deposit before any design work is done. From there I will provide you with your client portal. Your portal is where all of your information is kept moving forward.

03.

I will design and present your first digital proof. Once you have reviewed your digital proof, you can either approve for printing or request changes. You are given three rounds of changes (additional rounds can be added for an additional cost).

04.

Once your digital proof has been approved, production begins. I will follow up when production is completed and your goods are ready to ship. Your remaining balance plus shipping cost is due once your items are ready to ship.

Printing Methods

  • Digital Printing - $

Digital printing, our most versatile printing method, creates a flat, smooth finish on top of the paper. It does not leave an indentation. A wide range of papers can be used with this method, however when it comes to dark colored cardstock, only white ink is available. Digital Printing can be combined with both Letterpress and Foil printing.

Digitally printed stationery takes approximately 1-2 weeks upon approval, plus shipping.

  • Letterpress Printing - $$

Letterpress printing uses a plate or mold to create an impression onto the paper with solid, matte inks. A wide range of papers can be used with this method including both our standard weight (110lb) and heavyweight ( 220lb) cardstock and cotton paper. Letterpress Printing can be combined with both Digital and Foil printing.

Letterpress printed stationery takes approximately 3-4 weeks upon approval, plus shipping.

  • Foil Printing - $$$

Foil printing is the process of laying a sheet of foil on paper that is then pressed with a metal plate leaving a slight impression. A wide range of papers can be used with this method including both our standard weight (110lb) and heavyweight ( 220lb) cardstock and cotton paper. Foil Printing can be combined with both Digital and Letterpress printing.

Foil printed stationery takes approximately 4-6 weeks upon approval, plus shipping.
